Another loft find, knitted bar and silk scarves. The scarf has been a way for football fan's to 'show their colour's' for decades, and they can still be seen in their thousands at football matches today. Its an interesting vehicle of expression, as you can see the ones above have been personalised with patches and the names of players. A means of expression, that could be manipulated and used for a different purpose.
